SPA EL PUENTE
The genesis of VidaCosta Spa el Puente in Costa Rica occurred
thousands of miles away in a small community called Sproat
Lake on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The gathering
of friends and professionals at the lake resulted in a spontaneous
health seminar hosted by Ed Seeton.
At
that meeting, an idea was born that grew into our unique
health spa. In the northern province
of Guanacaste, Costa Rica, lies a dream in the making.
Situated on 160 acres of pristine ocean-view land is the
site for a new concept in the spa industry. Our 5-star resort
spa is a multi-faceted project, housing a health clinic,
luxury spa with elegant accommodations and all the amenities
to achieve complete relaxation and wellness.

VidaCosta
Spa Health Clinic will provide Medical Doctors, Chiropractors,
Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Herbalists, and Homeopaths.
Our private-labeled organic vitamins, minerals, and herbs
will be customized for our clients who will continue treatment
long after they leave the spa.
VidaCosta
Spa 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom villas are designed for optimum
comfort and privacy. We offer state-of-the-art technology
such as solar and wind generating-systems, eco-friendly
building materials, geothermal cooling, as well as rain-water
harvesting to ease the load on the local water table and
create a low carbon footprint.
There
will be 120 villas on the VidaCosta Spa site: 40 4-bedroom
units will be used for Spa client accommodations, 60 units
will be sold by invitation only, and 20 units will be
reserved for land investors.
Our
sports facility will include a full gymnasium with basketball
and squash courts. The tennis center will have two clay
courts, four hard courts, and a pro shop with tennis instruction.
Athletes with minor-to-severe health conditions will benefit
greatly from our extensive natural healing therapies.
VidaCosta
Spa will be a gated community within a larger 1000-acre
gated community, which will encompass commercial retail
shops, hotels, and estate homes.
A
waterfront beach club, complete with shuttle service will
be available to our guests and owners. Located on Playa
Lagartillo it is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The
nearby beaches of Playa Avellanas and Playa Negra are
renowned surfing beaches. The J.W. Marriott 310-room convention
hotel is only 4 miles away. Developers are building three
5-star hotels in the surrounding area in the next few
years. Guests from these hotels will make VidaCosta Spa
their healthcare destination.
